CAN I SETUP AN ACCOUNT?

Anyone with a valid email address can set up an account. Simply click here to create an account.

I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT, HOW DO I LOG IN?

Simply click here to log-in to your account.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I RESET IT?

You are able to reset your Begnosis account by following the instructions below:

  1. Click the “Lost your password?” link on the Sign In page.
  2. Enter your account email address and click reset password reset email will be sent to the address you enter. Make sure that you enter the email address associated with your Begnosis account. Follow the instructions included in that email to reset.

If you do not receive the password reset email, we suggest the following:

  • Check your spam and trash folders for emails from donotreply@begnosis.com
  • Check your email later. There may be a delay in sending or receiving this email. Typically customers will receive the email within a few minutes but in some cases it may take up to 24 hours.
  • Make sure that you are checking the email account associated with your Begnosis email address, and make sure that the email address is able to send and receive emails.

*If you do not remember your account email address or no longer have access to it, our customer care team will be able to assist you with updating and accessing your account at support@begnosis.com.

DATA PROCESSING

WHEN, HOW AND WHY YOUR DATA IS PROCESSED?

Begnosis is committed to being transparent about the kinds of information we collect, the reasons we collect it, and how it is used.

We collect and process our information when you place an order, create an account, complete the Health Algorithm, and contact customer care. This information can be categorized as Registration Information, Self-Reported Information, and/or User Content.

We collect Web-Behavior information via cookies and other similar tracking technologies when you use and access our Services (our website, products, software, and other services.)

The main reason we are collecting data is to aggregate solutions that will aid in reaching our goal of eradicating chronic illness and helping prevent disease before happens, as well as to best service our consumers and clients.

The information we receive when you use our services or sign up for an account is stored in a secure encrypted cloud based database that cannot be accessed by anyone but select Begnosis staff.

You may request the data we have collected from you personally at any time by simply emailing us at support@begnosis.com.

BEGNOSIS HEALTH ALGORITHM

DO I HAVE TO PUT MY FULL NAME IN WHEN FILLING OUT THE REPORT?

We do not require you to input your full name when using the Begnosis Health Algorithm service, as we know how important it is that your information be kept as confidential as possible. This is an optional portion of the algorithm, we do however require that you input your email so that we may send you your Health Assessment report.

IS THIS REPORT MEANT TO CURE OR AID IN THE FULL PREVENTION OF DISEASES/AILMENTS?

No, the information provided is simply suggestive, it is not meant to aid in curing or preventing diseases or ailments.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE COMPLETED 23andMe IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN ASSESSMENT?

You do not have to have paid for and completed a 23andMe kit, www.23andme.com, in order to receive a Begnosis Health Algorithm Assessment, however having a completed 23andMe report will provide the most accurate assessment. It is also important that once you complete your 23andme kit and receive your raw genetic data that you use Geneticgenie.org to process it so you can upload the PDF through the Begnosis Health Algorithm.

CAN I SUBMIT MY 23andMe REPORT WITHOUT PROCESSING IT?

No, we do not accept unprocessed 23andMe reports.  Your raw genetic data must be processed through geneticgenie.org.

DO I HAVE TO USE GENETIC GENIE TO PROCESS MY 23andMe REPORT?

For now, you have to use Genetic Genie, as that’s the only genetic processor we are currently using with the Begnosis Health Algorithm.  In the future, more genetic processors will be compatible with the Begnosis Health Algorithm. Genetic Genie is a free service, that accepts donations, www.geneticgenie.org

BEGNOSIS WELLNESS SHOP

HOW IS THE BEGNOSIS WELLNESS SHOP CURATED?

Begnosis uses a multi-vendor marketplace system in which we identify and approve vendors to sell their product or services on our eCommerce site. Some of the products sold are directly from Begnosis, but majority of them are from other vendors.

While we do approve what services and products are sold, the vendors have full control over product prices and selection. Vendors also are responsible for shipping and fulfilling said products and services. If you order multiple products from multiple vendors, you will receive different packages for each.

Begnosis is not responsible for any defected, broken, missing, unfulfilled or poor quality product or services. If you should have any questions or concerns with a product or service we will do our best to facilitate a solution.

We do our absolute best to identify only the best vendors that will provide the best product and services to our consumers, but ultimately it is the responsibility of the vendor to fulfill those orders and services in the best way possible.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Refund and return policies are subject to each individual vendor. Please enquire with the individual vendor if you have an issue with their product or service. We will do our best to work with both you and the vendor to ensure each circumstance is handled both timely and fairly.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

While the products and services are sold from several vendors, Begnosis handles the processing of every order for safety and privacy.

Your order and credit card information will be processed on the Begnosis.com website and  fulfilled and shipped by the vendor from whom you purchased.

WHERE DO YOU CURRENTLY SHIP?

Currently, we only ship domestically. We are working on international shipping but due to the different laws per country around health products it is going to take some time to vet each countries requirements.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can track your package using the link within the shipping confirmation that you receive to the email address. You will receive a separate shipment since your items are being shipped directly from the vendor.

You can also find the carrier by searching your tracking number via google. If it has been over 3 business days and you have not received tracking, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

I AM INTERESTED IN SELLING MY PRODUCT HOW DO I SIGN UP?

We love vetting new vendors but please note you must have a formal business license to sell on our site. If you’re interested in selling simply visit our Sell With Us page and follow the instructions to begin the process.
